These terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.getweightloss.co.uk website ("GetWeightLoss" or "this website"), which includes all information and services that we provide to you and all users of this website.

1. What These Terms Cover

1.1 These terms apply to your use of this website and to any retail purchase of medicines or other products that are supplied to you.

1.2 Where a product is a prescription-only medicine, supply can only take place if an authorised prescriber issues a prescription. Any steps required for a prescriber to decide whether to issue a prescription (including reviewing information you submit) are undertaken as part of the prescriber's independent clinical decision-making and are not sold or provided by us as a separate service.

1.3 If no prescription is issued, no supply of medicine takes place and any payment taken will be refunded in accordance with clause 4.

1.4 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you continue to use this website and engage our Services. If you do not accept and agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this website or any of the Services we provide. By registering and signing-up to the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Information About Us and How to Contact Us

2.1 Who we are. This website is owned by MI Health Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, company registration number 13008704. 2.4 Professional standards. The relevant aspects of the Services are provided by qualified independent prescribing pharmacists registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council in the UK. The person with overall clinical responsibility for the Services is Imran Tailor (GPhC 2216145). Dispensing services are also provided by Berkely Care Ltd, Unit C, 34–42 Peregrine Road, Ilford, IG6 3SZ. Pharmacy number: 9012873. Superintendent, Masum Shah (GPhC number: 2217872).

3. Website Content

3.1 All content contained on this website is owned, controlled or licensed by or to us and is protected by copyright, trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

3.2 The content on this website cannot be copied, reproduced, translated, republished, or distributed in any way without our prior written consent.

4. Registration & Refunds

4.1 Information you provide during the registration process must be accurate and complete. We are not under any obligation to accept your request for registration and reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time.

4.5 All refunds requested by you after the questionnaire has been submitted will be provided in full.

5. Our Contract With You

5.1 If you order a prescription-only medicine, we will only be able to supply it if an authorised prescriber issues a prescription. Our role is limited to processing your order and supplying the medicine (where prescribed). Any prescribing decision is made by the prescriber independently.

5.4 Payment. On submitting your questionnaire and order for your desired medicine, you will be required to make payment as directed.

5.5 Assessment by prescribers. Our prescribers aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. If it is determined that it is not clinically appropriate to prescribe the requested medicine, a refund will be issued within seven working days.

5.7 Prescription medicines are exempt from certain cancellation/return rights once supplied, due to safety and regulatory requirements.

6. Delivery of the Dispensed Medicine

6.1 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible.

6.4 The dispensed medicine will be your responsibility from the time we deliver it to the delivery address provided.

6.6 Notification of errors. You should check the contents of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe any contents are missing, damaged or in error, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Price and Payment

8.1 Prices shown at checkout are the prices for the products you order.

8.2 VAT, where applicable, will be shown at checkout. Prescription medicines supplied against a valid prescription are zero-rated.

8.4 Amounts charged for prescription-only medicines relate to the medicine and delivery only. We do not charge separately for any clinical assessment.

10. Treatment Bundling

10.1 Treatment bundling will be limited to 2 x Mounjaro pens of a patient's current dose or ONE dose higher.

10.2 Treatment bundling cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, including GetWeightLoss price match.

10.5 We are unable to offer any refunds on unused medication as part of a treatment bundle.

11. Other Important Terms

11.5 These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, proceedings may be brought in either the Scottish or English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, proceedings may be brought in either the Northern Irish or English courts.
